splashed--another bright sunny cool morning for the last day of summer(not that the weather will really change overnight except maybe  later this afternoon we may have rain.) Rain is very much needed around here as everything has a tinge of brown on it and some things are even crunchy. I think the whold works of them that went up to the bush will be tired today--they got a lot of work done I think and dragging your feet through tall weeds and grass will tire you out quickly. But it is done now and they will be able to enjoy the hunting season up there. I don't thave a lot to do today other than make supper,which I always try to do a bigger meal for myself on Sunday. I was/am different in that like really like weight on me. Used to be able to curl up under the weight of several quilts and sleep like a log but now with the heat I have in here it seems I have less covers on the bed in winter than I do in summer, Have a good day

Morning Michele, hope you had a nice lay in, fig got me up at 5.45 to go out, so she’s eaten something that’s disagreed, I did go back to bed for a little while.
Nice you got a new quilt yesterday, won’t be long before you’re needing it, was a chilly start, sunny and blue skies now.
