splashed--a nice sunny sunday but chilly, Seen my tomato plants had got blown over so had to sneak out to the balcony with a jug of water and water and stand them up.discovered from now on ,jacket if I am going out there as it was almost shiveer weather. I have to sneal out either door because even though Sagwa is sleeping in the bedroom he seems to be able to read my mind when I am thinking about going out either door, and suddenly appear like a little ghost.  Just one more sleep and then maybe you will get a better one and yes a 6 o'clock bedtime sounds reasonable to try out the mattress properly(I hope it solves many problems. Downside to either is disturbed sleep . Upside is I now have pink tender skin only now at the spots of outbreak .
Think may take the window AC`s out today while it is not snowing and blowing .

yes i am starting to feel better, just so washed out and lethergic now,  never mind i can start to build up food intake again, nice Pay  date back dated , I had a nice £100 win on premuim bonds this week,  nice spend inthe new IKEA this week that's my plan  haha sunny here hope it is with you, Iam at JPH again tomorrow for Xray  on Knee, but thats in the new bit, xx
