Hi Michele...well glad you day went well and that you got to have lunch with your colleague Chris.  I know you always enjoy that.  I am tired tonight and have an apt for the hospital tomorrow so am hitting the sack soon.  That is great news to read about your education session coming up it has to mean things are now moving for you regarding hour knee surgery.  I am still sniffly would you believe I don't think it's a cold I definitely think it's hay fever so not surprised to read you have been suffering with it badly for the last while.  Well I hope you feel better soon.  I will get some stuff in the chemist tomorrow to see if it helps.  You have a good night and sleep well xxxx

a good day all round for you then , nice one , and hope the op is soon , friend was over at a private hospital for an op , right ureter getting replaced , £15000 , was sent to a hotel nearby with a nurse , felt sick and was throwing up for three days , phoned the hospital BH mon ,,,no answer , had to phone NHS 111 they got him into A&E ,checked him then got him back into the same hospital shows a nick in his bladder , (must have been during the op) his surgeon was furious ,met with the hospital directors as to why there was no one answering the phone , it goes through a call centre in Cardiff ,, and they had the BH off ,,,surgeon agrees the hospital has been totally negligent , and my friend has now called in a lawyer ,not good ,,he is still on a saline drip and anti/b`s , and might need another op to repair the bladder ,,,shocking ,,,well have a cosy evening hun , thats good news from you ,  keep cosy ,xxxx
