hi Michele...a lot cooler here today and is very pleasant.  Some one was saying today, I hope this isn't our summer.  But hopefully that wont be the case.  So Jake is all fresh and gorgeous I am sure he is feeling a lot better now he is cooler.  I see you got some bargains and even something for your Mum.  She will be very pleased with that no doubt.  She will get use to her new frame and be glad of it.  I see loads of them and peeps always seem glad of them.  I think they are better then a walking stick.  they give you more support.  So give her time.  Well Off to watch telly and not hoping for to much.  Night night and sleep well xxxx

Hope Jake is all fresh and smelling nice a muggy day here, not felt my best my arm is red and swollen around the jab site , it’s normal I googled haha, oh indeed a break from screen time is good,  enjoy your evening did you find anything in Peacocks ? Aww Dad  likes his ready Meals Michele, big enough for him, he has M&S Asda, Morrisons, Tescos,and Sainsbury’s haha he loves them all it’s  handy  for us  as we know he’s eaten someting and the bonus is they all suit Dad and his stoma, night night Michele, xx

Glad you got a nap. I went to Tesco which wasn’t as bad as I expected, easy afternoon and then just had the kiddies a couple of hours. Feet up now, watch some telly. Enjoy your evening, night night xxxx

good on the shop buys , nice one , and Jake will be smelling lovely ,, another nice one ,told maw to stop using the skateboard LOL but good idea with the frame , but its a good idea for when yu get the knee done so you dont put pressure on it while its healing ,,,so two stones with the one article ,,,great , still glorious hun , doors wide and nice dry skin lol , have a cool evening and sleep well for later xxxx
