Hi Irene, it's very windy and cold today and it looks like snow. My hair was falling out but I was low on B12 so once I started taking a B12 vitamin it gradually stopped.
Perhaps you could arrange for someone to come to the house to cut your hair, that service is offered here for people who can't get out.
