Hi Irene,  have been trying my hand at making pectin, my cousin gave me the smaller green apples that she thinned out. I need to make jam and jelly with the 5kg of frozen blackberries in still have in the freezer from last year! This year's are coming early so need room. Meant to do it last winter lol, oh well! Maybe I'll just juice them and save the juice in sealed jars for later in the fall! Take care, have agood sleep xxx

It's very hot here today also and very humid. The temp may reach 35C but the saving grace today is the beautiful breeze.
