**Bee Eater, thanks Wendy. Did you get ice cream yet?? I also get Freeze Pops, they are good for cooling off with the ice going down inside. I've not heard of a Neck Fan, I have a small hand battery operated one to hold up to my face but it doesn't give enough draft to cool me in this heat, so it's useless! I've had it for years, used it on the bus as most don't have air conditioning. The fingers on my hand are the same, at least they are not so bad that I can't use them, I also now have Trigger Finger on the other finger on my left hand, but I'm only getting an injection and not the operation, the injection only lasts about 6 weeks**
