Hello William, I'm glad you're able to sleep better. I'm quite an owl, & not a morning person at all. Not since I retired. Now, I can stay up late & sleep in. (Once my night meds kick in), although at times they don't work, so I can't sleep. It depends on what time I take them. Some times I'm so engrossed in something, time flies.You made me laugh when you took the mickey out of my saying "cheerio, tata" etcetera. Thank you, I needed a laugh today. So, I'll just say what seems to be the new retort " see you later" ..... which drives me crazy,  that and "It is what it is!".... xxx
