Hello lovely, I understand your frustration with your laptop, updates are more trouble than they are worth.
Re the kitchen make-over,  I am looking forward to when it is complete but not the journey to get there, ha ha.
You have come a long way with completing the Family Trust,  must put your mind at ease. Well done you, the most sensible way forward.
I understand wanting the babe to have his own day, I always feel sorry for babes born on or around Christmas,  celebrations over and done with all in the same time period. Miserable for them.
Hope that you have managed to get all jobs completed. I am just clearing up in here, and then settling down for the evening with a book.
