Good Evening Catherine...OMG I laughed so hard about the Butterflies..sorry  It's happened to all of us at one time or another...

Nicole's Hallo set up sounds hysterical, I love Halloween but hate gore movies...I'm going to have mine up by Oct 1st, I compete with one of my neighbors so should be fun this year, we both put permanent lights on our houses...

HOA's is yours ran by a board of residents or an outside company? at 1st ours was ran by someone else until the developer of our subdivision found out they were stealing from us, we dumped the outside company & elected our own board, now we make the hard decisions about what & what can't be done, the by-laws are spelled out and we can change anything that doesn't work for the 55 residents, we like it that way, I can't imagine someone telling me I can't decorate for the Holidays...that would get my Scottish side fired up...
