Good Mornin Catherine, Hope you're enjoying a Lovely Sunday. We reached 103 yesterday, from my shady patio with a cool beverage it wasn't to bad. Found my 1st iPhone and forgot how much Muzak I had on it, good songs, listened for hrs & I cleared all returns in FL.

HOA: this is our 1st and well since I'm not going to be moving our last. We are a small sub, 55 homes, no blings, no community center, just 30 acres of homes, a walking path and the frontage landscaping, vera basic. Same thing happens here the developer assigned our HOA to a standard company, once sub was completed he found out the company had been stealing from the fund, he removed it and now we the people are in charge. In your HOA are they only responsible for the grounds & such with each resident is responsible for all repairs to said home? I ask becau
