Hi Catherine! Hope your weeks going good. Hot as usual here. I've been keeping busy around the house. Had my bone density test Friday that showed osteoporosis in my hip joint & osteopenia in my lower back. Waiting to hear back from my Dr about anything I can take besides calcium & vit. D. I'm not having any problems walking or anything just normal pain/soreness that I thought just comes normally as we age. Richard said probably just have to be very cautious about not falling etc...   xxx
