Good evening Kimalisa I hope you have had a good weekend and you and Bessie aren't suffering too much in the heat.  It has cooled down here now, yesterday was the last really hot day and I spent it in the garden again.  Today was dry and sunny but only 20C a big drop from earlier in the week when it was 33C! Pippin and I are now enjoying our walks at our normal time.  We have rain due this week but my garden needs it.  I am very behind in here but I'm sure I will catch up eventually.  I hope D enjoyed his birthday and his special dinner and you got dessert.  Enjoy your evening my dear and have a good start to the new week. a sunny afternoon hello, Kimalisa, and a splash! I hope you and Bessie are keeping cool. it's mid-70s here so I turned off the A/C, and opened the windows. Pat and I did visit some, but he is such a busy person, someone who always has to be moving. while I sat by Devil's Lake enjoying the breeze he, Emma, and Zuri went on a hike above the lake. (there's fantastic rock formations.) today is a quiet day, and I'm on the most recent Jimmy Perez book. instead of being in the Shetland Islands it's in Orkney. when I finish it I'll be back to the library again. Dresden sends snoozy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie many everlasting ear rubs. take care, and hugs! xoxo 🌺❤️🌿
