Hello dearest Ju. I do hope that you are taking things easy today. I'm not surprised your body is rebelling after the heat and humidity of yesterday at Sports Day. You must have been melting! Fingers crossed that Dad does use the cream, anything that helps is a good thing! It's very muggy here today, cloudy too. We had more rain in the night which the garden is loving, I won't think about the weeds! Please get some rest today, stuff can wait. Hi Judith. Glad to hear that the sports day went ahead, but goodness that was a high temperature. The little ones didn't get an hydration break then, unlike footballers !
