Hello Sweet, l guessed you have been busy, and super happy all is well with you all. No l dont recall about your brothers knee op, but glad he has a date. l would like to know how he got on if its a replacement (doc wants me to have one , but l said not sure yet). I am dad will be happy you volunteered to do it for him lol. . K is doing ok moaning a bit about the diet. He is doing great with the weight loss all the same. He asks me all the time what he can have and in what amount, l am no oracle but he looks healthier and has lost 18lbs in weight and a size in trousers and shirts. Yes doing ok, a lot slower weight loss but thats to do with my tummy issues a bit, plus l have cakes once in 10 days as a treat for doing the diet with him lol. l got some they were half price. l am happy two l will wear outside the house/garden and the other two back garden only lol. . Wow thats a super reduction £5 was the original price. We had been to Lidl for a reccy on prices oh my such a huge saving on lots of groceries.
