Hello dearest Ju. I do hope that you are taking things easy today. I'm not surprised your body is rebelling after the heat and humidity of yesterday at Sports Day. You must have been melting! Hi Judith. Glad to hear that the sports day went ahead, but goodness that was a high temperature. The little ones didn't get an hydration break then, unlike footballers !
