Hello Nancy ~ We've been having a lot of rain and dark days as well, and like you, have never been a fan of changing the time in the Fall.  It's dark by 5pm (or earlier) and by 7pm am thinking I should head to bed, ha.  Hope your weather improves soon; we've not had a hard frost yet, just damp and rainy days.  Have a good one, take care, stay safe ~

We have that silly Daylight Savings here too which I have never been able to reconcile with. Seems quite mad but other ppl seem to love it.
I caught up with my daughter last week and its always a fab way to spend a few hours laughing and chatting to these fabulous human beings we brought into the world. I swear Channon gets better and better with age while I am here falling apart LOL.
My new exercise regime is challenging me and I've had a very achey lower back which makes me grumpy. and my knees! I've been waddling about using ice packs and heatpacks. Need to get on the treadmill at some point today.
Off for coffee date with a mate later this morning. Going to be a hot day so I won't be doing much this afternoon.
