Yes, unfortunately our balance does start to go as we age. My Physio is organising for me to attend a special tai chi class specially for people that have fallen or have mobility issues. Plus 8 sessions at a gym where I will be using machines/weights etc but this won't be until early in the new year. For now I need to do my daily exercises around the house and be very careful about what I put on the floor and how I step over things.
Rained a lot here yesterday and is quite cool. No heat in the sun yet so I am going to head to the lounge room and put the heater on for a while.
