The government pay for most things but not the stuff for my nails. I was surprised as doc didn't mention it wasn't covered as I can't complain most things are. Won't get repeats though that is too much.
He doesn't want to give me anything for the sciatica but wants to try therapy first. When I had sciatica in my back before I was out on narcotics and don't want to do that again.
It's getting darker and darker outside, don't like the look of it at all.

Took Ethan to college. Gym for an hour, swam 50 lengths as did so much in the gym. After lunch gardened at the church, more leaves. Then a cold walk with the dogs. I think Truffle was too cold poor dog
