Hi Kathy, it's cold, grey and wet here as expected. I'm staying home today, my shoulder is still giving me grief so I'm going to try and rest it more today. I feel better for my hair cut, nothing to be done about the colour, I've got to be patient and wait for it to grow out, only another 6 months or so lol. I really hope you get out for a massage, it will be so wonderful to get all those tense muscles unknotted! Have a good day my friend and be sure to rest up. Love for you Xxxxxx
