Hi Cindy
  I could imagine how your feeling about this weather, I'm still enjoying my fresh air walks, especially at 11:00, it's now 11:19 but didn't go for one because it was a bit chilly this evening, but the 11 walk most of the time helps me after getting the fresh air, right now it's -19C so I'm skipping the late night walk.
