Happy Monday! Quiet day off work, just had to run to get a prescription, otherwise just been hanging out at home. Watched a little TV, worked on the puzzle a bit. Still working on the anxiety- today was a little lower so hoping it's on the downside and doesn't get kicked off again. Going to be a hot one here this week! Have a great evening.
Well he suffers from depression so I know how that is- everything can just seem terrible but I think it's his job that sets him off most- not the company he drives for, but the one he hauls the steel for- and going into Chicago. He was so much better on meds but he says they made him feel like a zombie but I think after having the depression feeling so long that feeling "normal" could feel like being a zombie to that person. For me my meds let me recognize my feelings but still think clear.
Working on feeling better so we'll see.
