Happy Sunday! Cold and windy again today. Watched some more. Think my cold is on the mend but still not 100% Haven't had a cold like this one in awhile! Watched some olympics today and now getting ready for Nascar. Have a great afternoon!

I hope you've had a nice time at Church today! and that it was snow free for you! Hopefully your biopsy goes ok tomorrow! I have to start a clear liquid diet in the morning and then will be drinking the prep around 4 and then again at 9 so looottts of bathroom time for me tomorrow haha! I think it's just everything at once that has knocked my nerves for a loop- like last weekend was so good then Ringo had his spell, the next day my cold started which in turn has messed up my tum- it's not bad like my flare but still hasn't been like this for almost a year, so yeah....  doing my best to remain chill but you know me lol!
