Happy Monday! Different day for me. Woke up extra early for my online class that I did at home, but I was done by 3 so that was nice. It was HOT out today! It's fall right?? Then this evening we had the power go out in the whole town, just for about half and hour then it was on and off for the next half hour or so. Thought it was just me until I went outside and saw one of the other neighbors trying to figure it out lol Read a bit, worked on a miniature for a bit, and of course had some cuddles with the puppers. Have a nice evening!

SOrry you had a rough day. The counseling should help though although it's hard to go through. I was already going to therapy when I lost my grandma so I joined a grief group that met at a local hospital. Lots of tears but it did help me feel not so alone.

I had a whole hour for lunch today so I had grilled my chicken- was glad I did that earlier when we had power. Luckily I managed to reheat my rice in the microwave in one of the times when it came on. I was just annoyed because I kept resetting the clock on the stove and then the power would go out again lol

The haystacks sound good! Very different than the desert type treat that we call haystack- or maybe they'r enot haystacks and I just call them that lol!
