  We've started getting our snow this evening between 6-6:30, this morning I went for my walk & while it was snowing but tonight I'm not going to chance my walk at 11:00, especially if the snow plow ends up coming down the road, not how much snow we have but what I do know I'm not in the mood to go out there tonight to shovel.
Yes, your hubby shouldn't be out there doing the same thing especially if it's heavy snow, you must know someone that could do the shoveling for you both. So please tell hubby not to do anymore of it, I can see if it was just only a little bit & not over doing it.
As for you glad to hear that your staying inside where it's warm & making your famous soups.
I could just imagine there will be a lot more snow when I get up in the morning...sigh.

Hi Judi
  This morning I went for a walk which wasn't too bad out there, I wasn't sure about the other 2 walks which are at 8:00PM & 11:00, sometimes 11:30PM tops, went for my walk thinking nah I don't need my scarf tonight, went again at 8 & holy cow walking back my cheeks were just a cold, I've walked faster thought I was going to get froze bites on my face, didn't think it was going to be that cold so yeah, I'm not going again at 11:30, going to stay in were it's warm, I sure hope it's not gonna be this cold again tomorrow, I sure would have loved to go for my last night walk, love the fresh air but not the cold....brrr.
It's a good thing you've went & got some groceries, making home made soup is the best for keeping warm, I love having my hot chocolate morning or night, sometimes both.
Glad to hear the fur babies are doing okay in this weather, they probably cuddle up beside each other, I know their in the best of hands. :)
