。❉ *.•❉*.•❉Hi Kevin...I know how bad your weather can be.  Your Mom fills me in and my heart goes out to you, now I see you go to the trouble of being so neighbourly and clearing the drive ways of you neighbours and yet they don't return this lovely gesture.  I think it's the very least they can do, by allowing you to park in their drive way when you cleared the snow from theirs for them.  I think it's mean of them not to return the favour.  But sadly such is life sometimes.  :(
