Hi berna, hope you are ok and enjoyed your weekend, how did the PT go today? Has it helped you any?  Had a nice day yesterday weather was beautiful so we had a nice canal walk and stopped off for lunch at one of our favourite pubs , spent some time out in the garden yesterday evening . Today we met up with a couple of friends who moved out to Turkey six years ago , they are home for a week so met them in Liverpool for brunch , then I have been to the gym this afternoon.  Our Ben has been in Morocco since Friday on one of his expeditions, he climbed Mount Toubkal !!  He’s due home tonight but very late, so I will be staying up til he’s home safe lol  Enjoy the rest of your day Berna…..and hope Bob is feeling better xxxxx
