Hi Berna, hope you are having a nice day :)) I’ve had a busy one today, picked up my sister in law from the airport this morning , then was booked in at the gym on a course with the dietitian, then went into the gym for a good workout this afternoon, feeling it a bit tonight lol so will have a day off Tom from any exercise.   We live in Melling on the outskirts of Liverpool , not far from Aintree Racecourse where they hold the Grand National every year.   Enjoy the rest of your evening berna , bedtime for me xxxx
