pS  I might have sent these messages early but my FL is playing up and not everything is going through

My muscles have atrophied so that's why it's painful. It's like going to the gym after not going for years. It's going to be pain/sore because you're using muscles that haven't been used in years. My two doctors and two therapists all agreed Iw ill be in pain. When the pain is subsiding that means I'm getting better. I had had PT before and that is how it works. I was able to open water bottles before I got sick.  I lost all my strength. It's not always a natural part of aging. Up until my mom was bedridden she could open bottles. You take care of you! hugs
