oriole, thanks Cheryl. so sorry you have strep. that sucks. take care of yourself. wish our weather was that nice. it's terribly hot here. almost 100 today, heat index is over 100. I try to do all my stuff in the mornings. I'm gonna have to change my morning routine, as bad as I hate to. I'm a creature of habit. it's hard for me to do things differently. I need to get up and have my coffee and watch a little news, then walk at 630 or 7 instead of drinking coffee, getting on my laptop and sitting here till 8 or 9 then it's hot. ha. hope you feel better. gargle warm salt water, take a spoon full of honey. I like the Ricola throat drops. get better! hugs.
