well consultant did not see my new undies but did compliment me on my weight loss so not bad small bruise from bloods & all is good & back in a year this time just bloods at 6 months but they text with those results
i will wait to take my tree down at the weekend i think i need to move stuff to get it back in my cupboard so it can stay for New year!
so time for me to have a nice cup of tea and put my feet up
