Morning Amanda, Have alovely rest of weekend, Sorry to hear work load is heavy,  Iam sure the younger generation do not have the stamina to work or even cope with high demand. We haven’t been anywhere this summer yet. James had a swollen knee come on over night, he has had difficulty in walking and bending it. He has had XRay which didn’t really show much he’s just had a MIR Scan, there is a cyst, and some arthritis in there, he was on the club for 16 weeks but has now gone back to work in a phased plan so currently only doing 3 days 6:hrs at a desk, he said he had to get back to work, we are looking at booking the first week in December to come up to Briarfields ,we are not bothered by cold or wet  he’s out on his bike now gently keeping the knee flexible, you never know what’s coming haha, I know the pain has been hideous at time for him. You will have been enjoying your Paddle boards how’s the new car going ? Adara has a blow up one which is in the boot of her car, she loves it, she’s here this weekend but the weather isn’t good for getting on the river .
