** Festive Duck, thanks Joe. The heating and hot water got fixed this morning thanks goodness. I woke up to find a light covering of snow everywhere, that was a surprise, it's still there now as it's been so cold again. I hope you have some holiday days due that you could take soon to give yourself a break from work.
