Hello dear Cassie. I certainly will keep everything crossed for new windows too. That really would be excellent. It's a very blustery day here but dry at the moment. I'm feeling more human, thanks, but am not going to overdo things - I promise! Got most of the paperwork done yesterday, leaving the rest for another rainy day.
