Thank goodness for Iplayer, TV tonight, like most evenings lately, has very little to offer.I had a quick walk around the event this afternoon, it's designed for youngsters, rightly so.The wind today has been at damage level, slightly better now.Despite wearing sun cream my walk ended up with my face being burnt.My young neighbour had the guys in today for hedge cutting.They, at her request have cut the top of mine and even better, trimmed the trees back that were on the garage rooves.She won;t take any payment either.It looks really nice, until you get to the neighbour the other side.Wonder if she will realise that she has to get it done.My hedgecutter arrived today, plus new charcoal filters for the extractor.Fingers crossed we get more sleep tonight.

Field Mouse ty

It was 2.40am for me.Town was buzzing even though the sun wasn't out I had to queue at the veg/fruit stall.Took so long there I abandoned the shop on my list, not urgent.The hedge guys have been this morning, my kind neighbour gets them to do the top of mine, I can do the sides myself.I believe they have also cut the trees overhanging the garage block.Another neighbour has cleaned the gutters out.My friend opposite had a call Friday to say her next cataract op will be this Tuesday.She was told it would be 3wks.The sky has cleared now, not a cloud in sight.The parcel coming tomorrow is now coming today so, not sure if I will make the event down in the lakes.
