Hello Deirdre, Quiet morning here as schools are closed. The roads are all iced from the freezing rain we had overnight. Thankfully the power hasn't gone off, and not too many broken tree branches. These freezing rain storms can so damaging. The snow plows are just coming out now to clear the roads. I hope Joan's mood is better, and that you are doing well. Did you find that the taping helped your back pain? It seemed to be very helpful last week for me as it seems like a rib is a bit out of place and was very painful. Got re-taped yesterday, but it doesn't feel quite as good as the one last week. Sometimes after a treatment though things need a day or so to re-settle. Doing my best to keep up with the therapy exercises :) Will be so lovely when a bit more warmth and sunshine arrive! Take good care , hope you have some nice activities this week xo
