Hello Deirdre - hope you had a nice time on your weekend getaway. I worked a little on the weekend, but had some pain and dizziness after my physio, so am doing a little at a time as I get used to the exercises I need to do. Hoping to get back to the Better Bones class this winter, but so far have missed the first 4 classes. Hoping to make it on Wednesday! Hope you have a good week xo

Good evening Deirdre I hope you have had a good day, so glad you all enjoyed the sales yesterday and are happy with your purchases.  It has been a dry day here with a little sunshine and not so cold.  We have rain due overnight and most of tomorrow.
