Morning Rose oh heck its cold again had to put heating on! yeah glad ariel sorted not a bad price for new one either think other been there over 7yrs i got it put on just before i started this job been in that over 6yrs now!
so am 4lbs lighter this week well pleased over 3 stone is gone
oh good you got the appt though not too long to wait either!
