Fitness is going well Marion but still early days, Yes Gasboard have finished round by us, all cleared away and flagstone back down where needed, We were impressed with the workmen, They were polite and let us know exactly what they would be doing, Kept us updated all the time which is all  you want really, You have done well getting half the Manure down and doing rest tomorrow,  we are at Aaron's tonight dog Sitting as the are in Scaborough watching a Comedian, be home about Lunchtime tomorrow, Two big Rottweilers Mavis and Bernard, they are Beautiful Gentle Giants, build up your strength for tomorrows work, xxx

We have gentle rain at the moment.  Soaking nicely into the parched ground. x

Cupid mouse ty Marion, we have just set ourselves a programme of various pieces of Equipment we have, Dave has a room upstairs with bench and weights, I have an AB roller you roll out on your knees as far as poss, An Exercise bike and a piece of equipment that you use arms legs shoulders and your middle and back, it uses all your body, we have made a Rita to work one set one day then upstairs for weight training the other day, I can feel my shoulders tensing tonight, and if we can get out for a walk it will be a bonus, hope we stick at it, Goodnight Sweet Dreams Marion and sleep well xxx
