Yes the postoffice are spammers costs a lot sending something here to as you say costs more than the gift. Sad its like that. Very much with spam thieves here now they say so on the telli to that we must be very aware.
Hope your back is feeling a bit better after a good sleep. I sleep very good now after I got the new comfort pillow.

Im going to Oslo city on Friday will order a wheel chair taxi for my first time lol having with me a friend. It will be nice to get out for a little on the shopping centre.
