Im so sad to hear your back and hips not beeing in good shape. Hope you feel a little better after your sleep. Is there nothing for you to take, have you tried accupunctur the thing with needles maybe that can help. Is it so when its raining you feel it worse I do can feel it in my side down in the back. Before I could say tomorrow it will snow and it did. Now I only get headache when rain coming my hubby does to.
Slowly beginning to see a little spring coming with snow melting.
Guess autumn is coming your way. Does your tree change colors as here or are they green all year around?
