(Hi hun, oh Im so sad to read you hace such pain in your back and hips when taking a little walk.
Is it no possibility you can get an el.chair or something to help you. We can take a phone here to a place called NAV and get help to things which is needed and its for free to.
We had some snow yesterday but all rained away again. Its so much brghter with snow, now it looks like evening all day.
