Morning splash--got some surprise mail in my door yesterday--the buildings have been sold and we have a name change and they took over Dec. 18. So now maybe something will get done as the staff is supposed to live on site.--we shall see. My pork has gelled nicedly with just the natural geletan so now to get the pies all made today. It is -4 this morning and looks like fine snoew falling so its a little messy out there. Have a hood day and good luck shopping.
