Some of the receptionist's in them places are terrible, they can be rude and unhelpful, and yeah I have come across some that don't like us, but that should not stop them from being professional and doing their jobs proper, to many of them are petty, and think it's ok to play with people's lives, it's absolutely disgusting, people like that should not be working for Gp's or the Dentist eh

Fair enough hun lol Silly Den haha Yes, he knew what she was like, apparently it wasn`t the 1st time it had happened. She was always rude to me, so i got the feeling she did it on purpose, he couldn`t apologise enough 🤗x

No no mistake on my ends hun, I went and checked my messages from when it was first made, as they send a text, I didn't even read it at the time, because he said 3 I just went with that, so I checked back and it says 11.15, so no mistake eh.

Saying that hun, that happened to me with the Dentist. The receptionist put me in for a time & wrote an Later time on the card for me to keep, & told me i had missed my appointment, so i kicked up a stink & the dentist told her it was her writing cos she tried to say i must have changed the time on the Card i had, so he fitted me in, but it was her mistake not mine 🤗x

Been up since 10 this morning, had Doctors for 11.15, I was not impressed lol, Den made the appointment last month, and told me it was for 3 in the afternoon, clearly he wasn't paying attention lol
