Oof that is too hot to sleep or anything else. If you can make ice this may help. Cut the bottom off 2 water bottles, leave the cap on the other end. Zip tie the bottles open end up to the back side of a fan, put ice in and as it melts the fan will blow cooler air. Drain and refill as needed. Hope that helps.
Have a spasmed muscle in my neck and down under my left scapula. Am trying meds, heat, lidocaine patches, and stretches. It is better but not gone and the spasm goes down my arm. So nothing but rest today. Hoping it’s tolerable tomorrow. Have a lovely Sunday!
