Thanks for the blue baby chick!
Duncan is perkier today and ate both wet and dry this morning and more dry this afternoon. He wanted cuddles three times this afternoon and got a walkabout in the drizzle.
We had a heavy rain earlier and then drizzly mess later. So all my pots got a watering, as well as the grass. I need to empty the shed and fetch out the mower and put in the snow blower. It looks like Friday may be dry enough to get it done.

The oxalis is toxic but not responsible for his fever. His temp on Friday was 105 and 104 today. Should be between 100.4 and 102.5. The vet sent additional bloodwork to try to determine why he still has a fever. He greeted me at the door when I came in from work and wanted to go outside to eat grass. He got a few minutes out there before the vet visit. When we came home he ate 8 bites of dry food and I gave him 100ml fluid subq. He played with the ribbons and then took a well deserved nap. He is a little more ornery and more active so we will continue with the anti nausea meds, pain meds, antibiotics, and appetite stimulant and fluids every other day. Hopefully he settles out soon. He’s just 6 years old.
