Fairies tumble through the galaxy
Playing with the stars
Winged horses soar and plummet
The show goes on for hours
The mighty bear Urea
Is an entertaining sight
Frolicking in the northern sky
To everyone’s delight
When suddenly an arrow
Shoots across the stratosphere
Shot from the bow of Orion
A hunter of latter year
Fairy children ride on Pegasus
Then slide down the Milky Way
The evening show soon ending
For it will be the light of day
The fairies clap in unison
Lady moon begins to giggle
The grand finale has come at last
Polaris has given his signal
The Aurora Borealis
Fills the darkened evening sky
With intertwining colours
So pleasing to the eye
Colours wax and wane before us
A magical glorious thing
Its colours ever changing
Like the fairies’ delicate wings
The distant rumbling thunder
Had grown much closer now
The winds were blowing through the trees
Bending all the boughs
The children laughed and hurried
Through the darkening cloud filled night
To their warm homes in the village
And its beckoning friendly lights
Their night at the Circus over
With the promise of another
But now to hasten home to bed
At the bidding of their mother
Love from Leah and Seanachai
