Thunderstorms early morning and then again a couple times throughout today. Managed a walk...between the downpours.
Vision is good. Will be better when I have prescription glasses. Some folks are fortunate and do not need glasses after cataract surgery...but my vision was such that that would not be possible...and really, glasses have been a part of my life for so long that I was glad to keep them. So right now am doing things without glasses and it is remarkable how much clearer things became when the cataracts were removed. Let me just say...that with my prescription glasses and reading the eye chart with my right eye closed...I could read nothing. Immediately after surgery as I was in post op...I could see the computer at the nursing station and could not read the screen but could see various appointments had already been scheduled as they were coloured in. It really was amazing.

Hi Connie, not my usual message. I'm actually in hospital... Got broadened by ambulance yesterday and they're going to be doing a CT today. So really I'm away from keyboard. Hope you having a better day than me.
