Hi Connie, My ex Mark had a mild heart attack last night so bit shaken and concerned. They treated him at the regional hospital and are today flying him to another major Hospital in the North Island for special treatment......expecting my daughter to visit tomorrow. So its a heavy day. Hope yours is going OK 💛💙🕊️.

Hope your dealings went better than ours did. The insurance company assessed our house for the wrong size and said that we had a three car garage....so of course premium was higher than it should be. They used a program that used MPAC and we had to consult with MPAC and show the true value of our home...that it did not have the square footage nor the three car garage. It was all up to us to prove them wrong. Did not even get an insurance agent or broker to come see...they were more interested in sitting in their office and telling us that we were wrong. Then could not pay our insurance for the scooter...they sent us a package outlining what it would cover and no bill. Said that we had to log into our account to find out the fee. We had no account to log into. Finally got an account...and the log in information was wrong. Still could not find out the charges or pay it. No assistance at all from insurance broker. All we wanted to do was pay the bill. So then the insurance company said that they would send us the code...but they did not have our cell phone number on file and sent it to our land line...which of course you cannot get a text to. They told us that they could not add our cell phone number to our account we would have to do it...but we could not get into the account. It was so stupid. Finally got assistance from our bank...got into the account...paid it online via e-transfer...and by golly it did not pay our account...it paid someone elses. Then that had to be straightened out. What a mess. Going to change insurance companies and our broker.
