Happy Wednesday! Early visits today as I’m exhausted. Didn’t get tons done at work but that’s on my since my brain is just on the fritz today. Sunny out and warm, but super breezy- heard a field fire call come in- def not weather to be out with a control burn (at least if you want it to stay controlled!)  Just going to try and chill tonight! Hi Connie, Your right about the inspections, every 3 months and stress us all out completely. I couldn't sleep last night....afterwards I will go to 🛏️. Done what I can today. Just waiting now...it is one of the reasons I wanted to buy the place - no more inspections....but landlord will only give me 5 year mortgage and I need longer than that to buy this place. Land isn't cheap here. Such is life....have a great day Connie 💛💙🕊️
